Project Features:
- This project uses the greening system on the cover to improve the appearance, forming a cover for the depot, facilitating landscape treatment and creating a beautiful landscape architecture with an open space. By taking advantage of the height difference conditions of the depot, a sunken garden is introduced to strengthen the vertical transportation, enabling seamless connection between residential and office areas. Moreover, by making use of the commuting crowds, underground commercial facilities are introduced in the underground corridor area. With complete subway station facilities, the value of the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) project is maximized. This project consists of the already-constructed reinforced concrete frame and the newly-built steel structure frame.
