- The China International Silk Road Center Tower Project is invested by Greenland Group, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) in the United States, and constructed by the First Construction Co., Ltd. of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division. It has a total building area of 383,200 square meters and a building height of 498 meters, with a total of 100 above-ground floors. It includes a five-star hotel, a Grade 5A office building, a "Walking in the Clouds" observation floor, a conference center, etc. The total investment is approximately 10 billion yuan. It is expected to be completed in December 2024. After completion, it will become the tallest building in the northwest region and a new landmark representing the city image of Greater Xi'an.
